WELCOME

Established in 2007, we are a rugby team playing our second season in Surrey 4 of the Surrey Leagues. Our club is built upon a foundation of strong camaraderie and a competitive spirit, of which we are very proud.

We can be found during the seaon for training on Wednesdays, from 1915pm at The Fireman's Ground in Ewell.

We are always looking for new players to join the team, and players of all standards are welcome. Please feel free to contact us with any queries or comments.

TRAINING

THE NEW SEASON HAS BEGUN!! So we will now be training at The Fireman's Ground in Ewell. Meeting at 1915pm to start training at 1930pm

In addition to normal training we also offer a purely fitness based session - BUFF: Bombay's Urban Fitness Fanatics, taking place every Tuesday at 2000pm.

This session involves running, circuits and a number of other exercises. The sessions are as hard as you make them, and you will be motivated to get the most out of it. The great thing about BUFF is that it is open to people outside the club also looking to improve their fitness.

Meet point is 8pm at Sainsbury's car park in Kiln, Epsom and there is an altenative session that runs on Monday nights at either Regents or Hyde Park. Please contact James Kennedy-Myers on 07764604197 for further details.
